From any repair page similar to this picture, you will see a START REPAIR ORDER button, and just above you can select how you would like to get your unit to us. You will notice the drop-off and shipping options to get started. Click START REPAIR ORDER.

Step 3

Complete the form in its entirety by first filling out your basic information

Step 4

Create account password to finalize. Due to the nature of our business our customer portal system is highly secured for your protection, and we require a STRONG password to complete the form.

Step 5

Order form is now complete and we are ready to receive your console or accessory. Please follow the instructions emailed to you to either ship to us or drop-off. We will update you in your order, and email, at every step of our process once your order is received.
