Arcade/Pinball Drop Off

Thank you for your repair order from Video Game 911.Your Next step is to drop off your unit for diagnostics and estimate services. Please come to our facility M-F 10-6pm or Sat 10-2pm without delay, our address is VG911, 411 East Main Street, Denville, NJ 07834.  If you plan to take a few days or weeks to drop off, please inform us so we know how to handle you repair request.  Due to the size of the machines, space is always a premium at our shop so we would appreciate getting an email or a comment response in your online order when you plan to drop off your unit.  This way, we can have space available and someone onsite to ensure any waiting when you arrive.  If you have any questions about your order please contact us via the comments section of your online order.
