We have inspected your xbox 360 system. Your xbox system requires a new 250GB hdd and a complete system reset and firmware updates for normal operation. This service will reset your system back to factory defaults and we cannot recover the data due to the hard drive failure.  The total cost for the repair, replacement 250GB hdd, including the update, cleaning the unit, labor and in store pickup is $72.95.  If you decide for us to not do anything with the console, our 19.95 inspection and diagnostics fee would apply.   Please checkout below to proceed.
