We have inspected the PS3 system.  The unit needs shell replacement parts to repair the damage found with the structure in the unit.  The bottom shell, hdd door, and memory will need replacement to correct the issues with the system structure.  As an alternative, we can return back your unit to you.   The total cost for the replacement shell parts, correct reassembly,. cleaning the unit with in store pickup is $69.  The cost for inspection fee is $19.99.
